A full transformation from a renovation into a complete rebuild, this waterfront home was redesigned for a bachelor seeking a more refined, private retreat for entertaining. The layout was opened into a modern plan with a large great room, formal dining with a wine room, and a strong indoor-to-outdoor connection, including a pool and gathering areas oriented to the water views. The design blends modern structure with subtle art deco influence through material and finish choices. Built in collaboration with Rim Rock Development.
