A dated builder-grade home was reworked into a functional, expressive space for a blended family, including accommodations for a child requiring full-time care. The layout was restructured to create a main floor suite, improve flow, and support daily accessibility, while also updating the kitchen and shared spaces for entertaining. The design balances two households through color, pattern, and a cohesive, youthful direction. Collaborators include Tom Baio and J. Canabe Painting Co.
